1. Who we are

2. This website takes enquiries, not payments

In line with the orders of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India (Arjun Gopal v. Union of India, 2018, and subsequent orders), firecrackers are not sold through e-commerce. This website therefore does not sell fireworks online: no payment is collected on this site, and submitting a cart sends us an order enquiry only. A contract of sale forms only after we personally confirm availability, the final price and a lawful mode of supply with you, and it is concluded at our licensed premises in Sivakasi.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to send an enquiry or buy from us. Fireworks are not sold to minors. Every enquiry requires an age declaration, which we store with the enquiry record.

4. Regions we serve

We do not accept enquiries from, or supply to, regions where the sale or delivery of firecrackers is prohibited by court order or state regulation — including Delhi-NCR.
Where only certified green crackers are permitted, we supply only CSIR-NEERI certified green crackers, and only within any sale windows the courts or state governments set.
Acceptance of an enquiry is always subject to supply being lawful at your destination on the date of dispatch.

5. Prices

Catalogue prices are indicative net rates per unit shown. The final total — including GST and transport charges at actuals — is confirmed with you before dispatch. A GST invoice accompanies every confirmed order.

6. Cancellation and refunds

An enquiry can be cancelled at any time before we confirm it, at no cost — simply ignore our confirmation call or tell us.
After confirmation but before dispatch, you may cancel and any advance paid is refunded in full.
After dispatch, orders cannot be returned: law does not permit fireworks to move by courier or post, so return shipping is not possible.
If a consignment arrives damaged or short, tell us within 48 hours of collection with photographs and the LR (lorry receipt) number; we will replace the affected items or credit you.

7. Safe use

Fireworks are hazardous goods. Use them outdoors in open spaces, keep water at hand, follow the printed instructions on each item, respect the bursting hours notified in your state, and never let children handle fireworks unsupervised. We are not liable for injury or damage caused by misuse.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Sivakasi / Virudhunagar district, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction.
