Why we don't courier fireworks

Indian law does not allow fireworks to move by courier, post or ordinary parcel services, and court orders prohibit doorstep delivery of firecrackers bought online. Every consignment we dispatch travels by licensed road transport in accordance with the Explosives Rules 2008 — the only lawful way fireworks move between cities in India.

How your order reaches you

  1. We confirm your enquiry by phone or WhatsApp: stock, final total (including GST) and the transport option for your city.
  2. After confirmation and payment as agreed, we book your consignment with a licensed transport carrier and share the carrier's name and the LR (lorry receipt) number with you.
  3. You collect the consignment from the carrier's parcel office in your city, carrying the LR number and an ID. Transport charges are payable at actuals, usually at the parcel office.

In and around Sivakasi we can instead arrange local delivery or pickup from our premises directly.

Regions we cannot serve

We do not dispatch to Delhi-NCR or to any state or district where the sale or movement of firecrackers is prohibited at the time of dispatch. The enquiry form checks your state and PIN code and will tell you immediately if we cannot serve your region.

Timelines

Consignments are usually booked within 2–4 working days of confirmation. During the Diwali season transport operators run at capacity, so allow extra transit time — we will keep you posted on WhatsApp.

Damage or shortage

Check the consignment when you collect it. If anything is damaged or missing, tell us within 48 hours with photographs and the LR number, and we will replace the affected items or credit you.
