What we collect

When you send an order enquiry we collect what the form asks for:

Your name, mobile number and email address.
Your delivery address, city, state and PIN code — needed to check that supply to your region is lawful and to book transport.
Your notes, and the date and time of your 18+ declaration.

No payment is taken on this site, so we never see or store card, UPI or bank details.

How we use it

To contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about your enquiry, quote and dispatch.
To prepare enquiry summaries and, for confirmed orders, GST invoices.
To book your consignment with a licensed transport carrier — the carrier receives your name, phone number and destination so you can collect the parcel.
To meet legal record-keeping obligations under tax law and the Explosives Rules 2008.

We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

What stays on your device

Your cart, language and theme preferences are stored in your own browser (localStorage) and are not sent to us until you submit an enquiry. We do not use advertising trackers.

Retention and your rights
